55: [Private, hackable] Another Mistake
It's hardly surprising. In all likelihood there's no truth to it. It shouldn't have this effect...

...This is simply another mistake to correct. Nothing more.

I take it you mean 'witchcraft' in a more literal sense, then? Rather than simply as a religion comprised of superstitions and intended to ensnare the gullible with promises of power.
((OOC: Edgeworth's thoughts on
yaoiWicca don't necessarily reflect those of his player, btw. >_>;;;))no subject

I imagine your school's curriculum is quite unique. Your classes on 'Witchcraft and Wizardry' make up a large portion of your schedule?
no subject
Yes. Charms and Transfiguration and Potions are the main subjects, but there are plently of electives. Are you employed anywhere?
no subject
Those are your core subjects? Are these electives more mundane in nature?
I'm a prosecutor with the city of Los Angeles.
no subject
Ah, somewhat. Personally, I enjoy Ancient Runes and Muggle Studies and Arithmacy. I'm a Muggle-born myself, but it's fascinating to see how the wizarding world perceives those who live without magic.
A prosecutor. I've met good people on the community who work in law.

There seems to be a preponderance of law enforcement and related personnel here...which I suppose shouldn't be surprising, given the number of criminals on the community. Several of my associates are also members...and they are indeed good men.
no subject
True. There seem to be less of them joining lately so at least it's a respite. Would you know a Detective Gumshoe or a Phoenix Wright?
((OOC: D'aw, Edgeworth. ;_;))
no subject
The community was rather inundated for a period. I know both of them well. The Detective and I work closely together, and Wright and I have a...history. We've faced each other in court many times.
((OOC: He has his moments. >_> Sorry about the slow tag!))

Hmm, you're right. Maybe it's a break like the viruses. Your cases must have been exciting to watch.
((OOC: When he's not being a jerk. You don't have to apologize! Life happens.))

I'm sure they were, though they were even more stirring from the prosecution's bench. Wright has a habit of injecting trials with his own peculiar brand of chaos.
((OOC: ...Which is rare and usually very, very brief. XD [hugs] I'm still being very slow because of that post Edgeworth made, sorry, but I'm going to continue tagging!))
no subject
I imagine so. Mr. Wright is a funny man.
((OOC: [hugs back] It was a big post. We will keep this thread going with perseverance!))

Your school has very little in the way of the core subjects one would find in a...'muggle' school? Is 'Muggle Studies' a single class, or a compilation of classes covering subjects which are unrelated to magic?
He can be amusing at times. The courtroom, however, is no place for such antics. Whenever Wright is involved, trials invariably become far less dignified and far more complicated than need be.
((OOC: People reeeeally like to talk about love. :D And now I've spent all of today's tagging on these threads from before
and starting a couple of new ones, I'm such an idiotso I'm behind there and ngnhuinhbgiknhu. ;_;))no subject
It literally teaches what life for Muggles is like. Most wizards don't know anything about telephones or cars or television. Most of them take their magic for granted.
Then you don't think of him as a good attorney?
((OOC: It's a thought provoking topic. [holds] You can do it!))
no subject
...Wizards don't live alongside 'muggles?'
Wright is the finest attorney I've had the privilege of working with.
((OOC: Fell asleep accidentally yesterday, sorry. D:))
