Anyway, there are usually 12 jurors, aren't there? They should be completely uninvolved with the case to avoid bias, but to make sure the scales aren't tipped in either direction... what do you think of each of us choosing six? If that's all right with Jordan, of course.

Only a few. I can't say I preferred them. Too many opinions, and the threat of dead-lock is always present. The normal method is more efficient.

Anyway... how do you feel about all this? I think the trial's going to be held on Genie's home world, which is... well, I'm not sure if I'm entirely comfortable with it, but I can't think of anywhere else it could be held. We'd be laughed out of court here.

Not being licensed for a district would seem a moot point when not on our world. I really don't see any other way to handle it, aside from walking into court with a blue genie and various other...colorful characters. Which is not going to happen.

Jordan was actually a bit vague in that regard. He said he's law enforcement, and works with the military. I will make sure of his credentials before accepting, assuming he's willing to offer his services.
