My prime concern is to speak with the victims, which will require worldhopping. Is any sort of investigation being conducted?

I'll be asking at [livejournal.com profile] dramadramaduck for aid in analyzing the lotions. Considering their properties, I think it would be unwise to go through the labs at the police department, and I'll need a...magical analysis as well.

Sure! I can taxi you where ever you need to go. And as far as I'm aware, I don't believe any formal investigation is in progress.

Magical analysis? Hmm ... I think Komui Li ([livejournal.com profile] youknowthedrill) might be able to help with that. I'm sure there are a few more scientists that specialize in "magical chemistry" that would be more than willing to help, too.

Perhaps, when I ask for analysis of the lotions, I should be asking for the services of one of the law enforcement personnel as well. Though it wouldn't be the first time I've had to handle an investigation myself.

Well, Komui Li is ... sort of law enforcement type ... something? He works with the military and helps to keep the peace.
