44: [Voice Post] Catnapped!
((OOC: Backdating to yesterday, shortly after Daisuke's rescue attempt. All comments will be voice posts unless, you know, he starts typing funny again.))
[Edgeworth's voice, echoing strangely and slightly higher pitched than usual] For those of you making spectacularly ineffective attempts to get me out of here, rest assured that I am suffering miserably. I've taken refuge in the garage, as taking up residence in any other part of the house would mean subjecting myself to the unique auditory horror of listening to two men mimic rutting teenagers, while simultaneously enduring the attentions of a rather large and vicious-looking monstrosity he calls a pet. Sleeping on the hood of a Porsche is definitely a preferable location... Though it was a chore to drag the laptop all the way from the living room.
[pause, can virtually hear the satisfied, malicious smirk in his voice] More of a chore for the laptop, really. With his obviously considerable income I expected a much sturdier model.
[another pause, longer this time] We appear to be in Venice, though which Venice I couldn't say. His neighbors seem unfazed by both my appearance and the sounds emanating from the apartment. The ramifications of both are highly disturbing.
[one last pause, a sigh; continues with his voice slightly strained, though still tainted with irritation, and his tone resigned] If I'm ever able to reenter the apartment without my ears being assaulted, I suppose I'll have to look for the kitchen. I can only hope their taste in cuisine is equal to their taste in cars. ...And that the panther isn't overly territorial.

...Panther!?

It's similar to a panther, at least. Somewhat larger than I am, and it has some strange whip-like appendage on it's head. Its presence is part of my reason for leaving the apartment.

...Edgeworth, you need to get out of there. You might be physically unhurt now, but a panther?

Oh, I believe I know where you are, if I am correct in assuming that your kidnappers are who I think they are...

((OOC: I should have put up a warning in he OOC note, heh. We kinda wanted him to stay catnapped for the duration. Because him turning back into a human at their place=lulz. XD Any IC way to have Apollo not send help for him? We might be able to figure something else out, if not, we don't want to ask Apollo to do anything he doesn't want to do. :3))

Hmm. I wonder if there are any people who've been transformed who know Teleport? That could work as well as world-hopping, I guess...
