No, there's not that many any more... if you're talking about people with real, proper time ships, I'd say there was... ooh. About 3 of us? Five, maybe. At the most, it would be five. Not counting teleports like Jack, that doesn't count.

Yeah, we were trained to use them, back home. I, um. Kind of had to learn the specifics of everything on the job, though. I was never much good during the lessons. Needed a little more practice. But no, now I know exactly what I'm doing.

He says it's time travel but really, it's not. It's a teleport device that quite literally bounces him through time and space. Gives you a killer headache after you use it, as well.
